…For as long as I can remember, I’ve always found solace in writing. It’s been my refuge, so to speak. When I’m happy I have the sudden urge to tell the world so that they can share in my happiness. When I’m sad, writing provides an outlet to help me weather the storm. When I’m angry, I can throw it all out there with no one yet everyone to serve as my soundboard. And even when there quite possibly won’t be anyone to read what I’ve written, my world is a whole lot brighter when I can release the outpour of my heart, even for the mere chance of letting all that life has to offer come in. I am grateful that all in all I know that in anything & everything God is with me through it all.
Every experience, whether it be joy, sadness, heartache, love, successes, or pain are all of what is great about living. You never know what tomorrow brings, so that is the beauty of looking ahead. Writing is a way to look back, not in regret but to live out your memories yet again.
Thanks for being a part of them.
